Compare Invitation Quotes by Deliverables and Revisions
Two invitation quotes are comparable only when they cover the same outputs. Write down the required formats, event count and review process before deciding which proposal fits your celebration.
Make a like-for-like list
Record whether each quote includes a video, PDF, website, RSVP collection, languages, original illustration and hosting. Note what is a standard template edit and what is custom work. Leave a field for anything not specified rather than treating silence as inclusion.
Clarify revision terms
Ask what counts as a revision, when text must be final and how changes after approval are handled. A factual correction, an added event and a completely different visual direction may be treated differently. Get the agreed scope and delivery stages in writing before supplying the brief.
Review the total plan
Include known extra outputs you need, such as a second language or a separate reception card, rather than comparing only the headline price. Use verified quotes for your actual requirements; sample prices online may not match them. Choose the offer whose deliverables and process are clear enough to check at handover, and keep the approved scope alongside the final content sheet.
