One PDF Wedding Card or Separate Event Cards?
Use one PDF when recipients share the same event programme. Create separate cards or guest-group versions when invitations differ; the right structure should tell each guest exactly where they are expected.

Group by invitation scope before grouping by event
Make a small planning table with guest group, invited events and venue details. For example, relatives attending the full celebration may receive a combined programme, while colleagues invited only to the reception receive a reception invitation.
A combined file can contain several event pages. That is different from sending every recipient all event pages: avoid relying on a chat message to explain that parts of an attached invitation do not apply to them.
Choose a file structure guests can follow
For a shared programme, arrange pages in chronological order and place each venue beside its event. Separate cards work well when different events need different forwarding messages or have independently confirmed details.
If you send several files, introduce them clearly in the message. Too many attachments with vague filenames can make guests open the wrong card when they are leaving for the venue.
Keep versions identifiable
Use filenames that identify the purpose, such as “Reception-Invitation.pdf” and “Full-Wedding-Programme.pdf”. Keep an internal checklist of who receives each version. After a correction, label the replacement clearly and explain the changed detail.
Before sending, check that every version carries the correct hosts, date and venue. Copying a design into a second version can accidentally leave an old address or an unwanted event behind.
Frequently asked questions
Can one PDF contain more than one venue link?
It can, if the export tool supports the required links. The local Love Solutions editor offers page-wise links; verify each destination in the downloaded file.
Is one page always better than several?
No. Use enough space for readable details. A crowded one-page card can be harder to follow than a short, organised multi-page invitation.
Should reception-only guests get the full programme?
Send the version that matches their invitation. Including uninvited events can create uncertainty about attendance.
