One wedding website link for all the details

A wedding website can bring your schedule, venue information, RSVP instructions, and guest notes together. Put its QR code on a printed invitation or welcome card so guests can reach those details without typing a long address.

Keep a readable website address beside the code. A guest viewing your invitation on their own phone may find a clickable link easier than scanning an image on that same screen.

• Printed invitations: label it “Scan for wedding details”.
• Welcome boards: place it where guests can comfortably reach and scan it.
• Guest-room cards: link to your schedule and transport information.

Make a QR code for your venue location

In Google Maps, open the exact venue listing or pin and copy its share link. Paste that link into the generator. Check that it opens the intended entrance or meeting point, especially for hotels with several event spaces.

Print “Scan for directions” next to the code, along with the venue name and address. If your ceremony and reception are in different places, give each location its own clearly labelled QR code.

RSVPs, shared albums, playlists, and more

Any public HTTP or HTTPS link can be encoded. Use an RSVP form, a guest photo-upload album, a playlist, or a gift registry. The QR code simply opens the destination; it does not create an RSVP form or change an album’s permissions.

Open the destination in a signed-out browser before sharing. Check whether guests need an account or access permission, and choose sharing settings appropriate for your celebration.

Choose the right download for your invitation

PNG is a familiar image format that works in most invitation editors. This generator exports a crisp PNG at least 1,200 pixels wide. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp when resized, making it useful for printed stationery and larger signs.

Keep the code square and preserve the white border on every side. Avoid placing a logo over it or using a busy background. Start with roughly 3 cm for an invitation, then test the actual printed size; longer links and longer scanning distances may need a larger code.

Scan a printed proof with more than one phone under normal lighting. Check that the full destination opens successfully before approving your print run.

Free, direct, and without a built-in expiry
