Editing Wedding Website Details After Submission

The Love Solutions wedding brief interface includes edit-link controls for saved website records. If your submission provides an edit option, use it to review the fields available; confirm larger changes and access problems with the team.

Identify the change precisely

Write the current value and replacement value, then name the affected event or section. “Reception venue: replace the old address with the new address” is easier to apply than “Please change the wedding details.”

Group related corrections in one list and have the coordinator approve it. Keep a copy so everyone can distinguish a spelling correction from a new event or design request.

Use the edit route available for your record

Open the edit option supplied with your website and follow its access instructions. The brief interface offers a help route for edit-password problems. Keep the edit link and access details away from general guest forwarding.

An unfinished brief and a submitted website are different states. The partial-restore interface can restore text details and tells users to upload photos again where needed; check the restored fields rather than assuming everything returned.

Check the result before announcing a change

After a supported edit, open the guest-facing website and verify the changed text or link. Confirm with the team if the update needs manual handling or if a design element cannot be changed through the available fields.

If guests already have a PDF, video or screenshot with old information, updating the website will not change those copies. Send a short correction message and, where appropriate, a replacement invitation through your usual sharing channel.

Frequently asked questions

Can we change every design element ourselves?

The presence of an edit link does not establish that every layout or feature is editable. Check the available controls and ask the team about changes outside them.

Are all later edits included in the order?

Confirm the agreed revision and update terms with the team. Do not assume unlimited edits or a particular response time.

Should we share the edit link with guests?

Share the guest-facing website link. Keep editor access with the people authorised to manage the invitation.
